We want you to love your hearing aids. If you're not fully satisfied, you can return your product within 45 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility:

• Product must be in good physical condition.
• All original accessories and packaging must be included.

How to Request a Return:

• Email us at service@bigprot.com with your order number.
• Our support team will provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
